Bank Nifty Analysis
According to a research "Analysis of Profit and Loss of Individual Traders dealing in Equity FnO Segment" conducted by the Department of Economic and Policy Analysis and published on SEBI website, total number of FnO traders significantly increased by over 500% in year 2022 as year 2019, of which 88% were active traders and 90% of the active traders incurred average losses of Rs. 1.25 lakh during year 2022. We hope that the number of trades will be increased in the future if the losses of traders recover and the percentage of profitable traders increases. Here a question arises "Why 9 out of 10 traders lose their hard-earned money?"
One vital factor behind their losses is a lack of education in finance, especially in the derivative market. So there is an urgent need to design a syllabus and professional course like financial engineering to fulfill this need. Financial derivatives cover a wide area of Mathematics, Finance, Statistics, Computer Sciences as well as Artificial Intelligence. In this course, I have made an effort to teach (through this website and online workshop) some important topics regarding financial derivatives. This website is divided into three parts.
